Lying on your back, inhale.
Lying on your back; breathe in and out only through the nose in rapid and short intervals as if you are out of breath.
Inhale and exhale through the mouth with a strong “Poffffff” flood.
Some sounds are soothing. Like the sound of water and wind… When exhaling and inhaling, air passes over the vocal muscles and energy is transformed into timbre as a result of the vocal muscles resisting the air and vibrating. Maybe it will allow us to make a commercial voice-over.
We call it making noise.

The sound produced by the breath vibrating and resonating with the vocal muscles:
Respiratory tract (Diaphragm, lungs, ribs, windpipe.
Mouth (tongue, jaw, teeth, lips, upper palate, inner cheeks)
Nasal cavities :
