Focus on Increasing the Capacity of Your Lungs!
To breathe correctly and to do breathing exercises, you must first increase the capacity of your lungs. Because the stronger your lungs are, the better you can use your breath. Especially if you practice this art as a profession; you should exercise your lungs regularly every day and increase the capacity of your lungs. To do this, you must fill your lungs completely with your breath and exhale all the breath you take in.
In addition, make sure you have a good understanding of how to do diaphragmatic breathing. Because diaphragmatic breathing is very important for correct breathing. To do diaphragmatic breathing, lie down and place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. When you breathe in, your hand on your stomach should be higher than your hand on your chest.
